Snake River

Rising in the mountains along the continental divide, the Snake River merges with the Lewis River at the South entrance to Yellowstone. It then flows South into Jackson Lake and through Jackson Hole. While enjoying the Snake within Yellowstone requires a large amount of backcountry travel, it is very easy to experiance within Grand Teton National Park and Teton County.
